Terms of use

These terms apply to the PACE website and to the PACE software service provided by Prince K Thomas, trading as PACE ("we"). By using either, you agree to them.
1. The service
PACE is software for recruiting and client-lead management. We may change or improve it over time. We will tell you before we make a change that significantly reduces what you can do.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a Microsoft or Google account. You are responsible for keeping that access secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us at info@paceconsultant.in if you think someone else has used it.
3. Your data
You keep ownership of the information you put into PACE. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. See our Privacy page for details.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the law when you use PACE, including anti-spam and data-protection laws. You must honour opt-out requests, must not use PACE to send unsolicited messages to people who have not agreed to be contacted, and must have the right to contact the people in your records. You must not try to break, overload or misuse the service or access other customers' information.
5. Fees
Pricing is shown before you buy.
6. Availability
We aim to keep PACE running reliably, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. Some features depend on third-party services, such as Microsoft, Google and AI providers, which we do not control.
7. Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending use
You may stop using PACE at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms. Customer data is deleted within 30 days after your account ends.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Chengannur, Kerala have jurisdiction.
