Prince K Thomas, trading as PACE ("we", "us"), runs PACE, software for recruiting and client-lead management. This page explains what we do with information when you visit this website, and what happens to information our customers put into PACE.
1. When you visit this website
If you book a walkthrough, we receive the name, work email, agency and plan you type into the form. We use these only to arrange the walkthrough and reply to you. Your request is sent to our inbox, info@paceconsultant.in, and we keep it for 12 months.
2. Information our customers put into PACE
Recruiting teams that use PACE store information about their clients, job orders, candidates (including CVs and resumes), and the emails they send. We process that information on the customer's behalf to run the service. The customer decides what goes in and is responsible for having the right to store it and contact people.
3. Email
PACE connects to the Microsoft or Google mailboxes a customer chooses. It sends outreach emails from those mailboxes and may include an open-tracking image. Anyone who asks not to be contacted is removed from future outreach, and we keep a record of that request so they are not contacted again.
4. Who receives information
We use service providers to run PACE, including: database and file storage (Supabase); website and app hosting (Render); Microsoft and Google for sign-in and mailboxes; AI model providers that help draft emails and read resumes (Groq and OpenRouter). They receive only what they need to provide their part of the service.
5. How long we keep information
Customer data is kept while the account is active and deleted within 30 days after it ends. Website booking requests are kept for 12 months.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by writing to info@paceconsultant.in.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls that limit each customer to its own data, and sign-in through Microsoft or Google. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will tell you as the law requires.
